Calculated Ripoff! After Tom and his mechanics worked on my car, the engine light came back on (within 24 hours). I took the car to a trusted mechanic who informed me that Tom and A1 had overcharged me (as he could see looking at the bill) and arranged things so that I would have more trouble with the same issue (engine emissions). When I confronted Tom, his tongue came out and he seemed to have trouble speaking. He tried to pay me my money back in cash (didn't want there to be a receipt) and hoped I would go away. He admitted that they had in fact screwed me. But I am not going away.
