#1 Nails

Terrible. Very unpunctual, mom and I waited for them to open at 10am and no one was here. We called a numerous amount of times thinking they were in the back - nothing. Not a single answer. It's been over 30min and still no open. I hope they know that if they receive complaints (which I'm sure they will after today), they will receive a fine from the state. This goes for all businesses.
