AeroCare Medical Transport System, Inc.

Our experience with AeroCare was fantastic. We needed to get a family member from Arizona to a Chicago hospital for medical treatment, and he was too sick to fly commercial. On the recommendation of the hospital's helicopter transport company, we contacted AeroCare and they took care of everything. The flight was safe, fast and efficient, with an experienced flight crew and medical personnel. AeroCare also organized the ambulances to get the patient from his home to the airport in Arizona, and from the Chicago airport to the hospital; interacted with the hospital staff in order to make sure that the hospital was ready to accept the patient when he arrived; bent over backwards to make sure that the patient was comfortable at all times; and answered our many questions via email and phone, day and night. The process was absolutely seamless, from start to finish. In addition to the great service, everyone we dealt with, from our contact person to the pilot to the medical personnel on the flight, were very nice people. It was obvious from the start that these people sincerely cared about the patient's comfort, and wanted to do a great job. They did, and we are very grateful. Many thanks to AeroCare.
