She also offered very sound advice to lifestyle/ diet choices, which I immediately began to follow. I've lost 16 pounds and feel great....and, more importantly, my blood pressure, heart rate and Chloresterol readings are all near perfect. Additionally, Dr. Martin's disposition is incredibly friendly and caring. It is always a wonderful experience to see her.
