My wife and I hired Aloha Construction to finish our 900 sqft basement (we purchased our home as new construction two months ago; basement was unfinished from the construction company). Our intention was to transform the basement into an in-law suite for my parents. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a very short timeline to get this accomplished. The entire project was completed in less than three weeks of construction (it took roughly a week to get the permits approved, so about a month from start to finish) and the end-result is absolutely amazing! The crew was very accommodating and ensured that they left the site clean and organized at the conclusion of each day. All work is done in-house with Aloha, with the exception of plumbing and electrical, for which they have specific companies they have used for years. I was blown away at the level of customer service that we received, as I had many questions and bothered Glenn more than I should have... but all my questions were answered to satisfaction and explanation were given for absolutely everything. We continued all the same styling for the rest of the house into the basement; you cannot tell where the construction company stopped and Aloha stared. Everything is a seamless transition! The full basement bathroom matches exactly with the master bathroom shower and tub from upstairs. We could simply not be happier with how this project turned out! Lastly (and most importantly for finances) was the price. Aloha was hands down the best priced company we talked to... some companies quoted as much as 50k for the same job that Aloha accomplished for 27k!
