I have NEVER felt more disrespected and abused than what I went through at this store, in this particular Mt. Prospect location. The people there are polite enough when you make an initial purchase, but when you come in to sort out their warranties and any issues with their products / refunds, their real faces come out. Rank-and-file employees here have wide latitude in making fun of customers, calling them names, threatening them, and even REFUSING TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES to the customer. Meanwhile, the manager on duty got their back! He subjected me to a prolonged verbal abuse and told me to "get the f^&% out" of his store when I raised the issue of his employee hiding her identity. I think corporate should know about the thuggish element that runs this store, and so should the public.
