BMO Harris Bank

I have been a Harris bank account holder for 17+ years and this one by far is the worse. I always have to stand in line that is at least 5 people long. Today I tried going in to deposit a check that was signed over to me (endorsed) and the teller tells me I have to have the person on the check come in to sign an affidavit?! But just last week I was able to deposit same thing just by endorsing! I would rather drive 20 minutes to BMO Harris in rolling meadows then deal with carpentersville location
