The salesman who came out was arrogant and unprofessional! Who gets offended when you're getting a quote for OVER $3000 on a job and stands up turns his back and walks away when you try to negotiate a final price. To bad because the in house person Sue was very nice on the phone and exceptionally helpful even calling back early evening on a Saturday night to set up the appointment, but they certainly need a new sale person
