Great clips experience with salon prices. The stylist, Cathy, rushed through our appointment, never double checked before cutting, pulled hair instead of taking the time to work through it, and repeatedly poked me in the eye and mouth. I was told my hair was too greasy for conditioner and spoken to in a condescending tone. I came to donate my hair, which generally has an emotional significance behind it, and wanted a nicer haircut which is why I had chosen this higher-end salon. However, the stylist never asked me even how my day was or had time for any pleasantries (per her repeatedly telling me she only had a limited amount of time for each customer and didn't have time for my special requests on what I wanted my haircut to look like), I will not be returning nor recommending this salon to any acquaintance.
