Terrible Customer Service!
I brought in two lines from AT&T in February 2017. I was promised $400 for two lines, but I only received $300. Store manager Christina Morris does NOT answer my calls, nor she reply to my emails. I've called, visited the store, and emailed several times, and she is never available, and she never replied to my email. She gave me her business card and asked me to contact her, but she never solved my problem and never cared taking care of me as a customer. I reported her to Corporate, hoping they will fire her.
Also, personnel at the store are very interested in you signing up for T-Mobile, but once a customer, you are on your own. I am owed $100 since Feb 2017, and it is Nov!!!
TERRIBLE store. I will never be back here again!

Great customer service, did not have to wait in line. I had an issue with photos on my phone and the service rep worked with us to fix it within 10 minutes. Don't remember her name but fast and friendly service.
