The payment was do on a Sunday when they were closed. I called first thing on Monday and they had asked me to come in and tell them why the car note was a day late because she could not understand why I didn't pay it on the day they were closed. Oh yes that's the only way you can pay them is go in and give them cash or a cc over the phone. No app no auto pay. They say they have a auto pay but every time I asked to be put on it for one reason or another they never could. So anyway after I went in to talk to this fine person. With cash in hand and a year and a half of on time car payments made, most of the payments I paid extra on to try to pay it off faster. She told me that being a day late is unacceptable and they dont do business that way, and then asked for the car back. I told her way the payment was late and showed her the cash payment. She refused payment and said they will be by the house later that day to pick up the car and asked me to leave. I dont think I left anything out. So I will let you decide if that is someone you would like to do business with.
