Delivery Bags USA, Inc

We've ordered from this company in the past (the bags are great!), but when I tried placing an order earlier this week, our online order wouldn't go through, even trying with several different credit cards. I called to place order over the phone, was told they would process it manually, but we still have not received a confirmation email, and I've been trying to get through for 2 days now via phone and no one will pick up! I emailed this morning as well and have not heard from anyone.
