I bought a nice Audi A4 from this place. Everything was great and went smooth until I pulled up my checkbook. Once the transaction was done, you can forget about customer's service. I wrote and called them few more times about service records on my vehicle and every time either I was put on an unlimited hold or never got a reply on a message. Hate dealerships that turn their back at you once they have your money!
