I have been attending this particular Dunkin over 10yrs within the past few years management has changed,the staff has managed to stay very friendly,Johnathan,Dante and Ruby are amazing people,however the Manager Harry is extremely rude and i have had enough of his unexceptionable behavior he treats his customers and employees very bad he has no managerial skills or people skills,i have called corporate before with no resolution,in my option because it’s a franchise there only concern is to make money and not give good customer service but if they knew business they would know that great customer service creates higher revenue.
