Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Tremendous service experience on my recent visit. While getting my car, I talked about my plans, and Blake came up with a better vehicle option at a crazy good price. It changed the whole trip for my family and kids' friends, as we could all pile into one vehicle that was as plush as it was convenient. The two other gentlemen working there were just as nice and helpful as Blake. All 3 took an interest in why I needed to rent the car, and more importantly I felt the recommended upgrade was really about a better option for me rather than a way for Enterprise to make a few more bucks. The deal resulted in saving me money, while having a much more enjoyable trip (especially for my kids and their buddies). I've always had good experiences at Enterprise locations, but this visit was truly exceptional. I don't rent cars very often, but when I do, I'm going back to Enterprise on Howard.
