If I could give no stars I would! Terrible service at one in Algonquin and no service at the one in Crystal Lake. The Crystal Lake locations employee was making out with her boyfriend and never said one word to me the entire time I was there even when I was trying shoes on standing up because there wasn't a bench to sit on in the two surrounding aisles. There was no greet nor did she or the other employee ask me at any point if I needed help and to boot I was the only customer in the store the entire time!
