Gerber Collision & Glass

I will avoid all Gerber Collision like the plague after my experience with them. My insurance company made me come here after a hit and run. Gerber did a horrible job replacing the parts and paint job. I understand they get to use used parts on an older car, but putting parts that are scratched and damaged on my car as a REPAIR? Come on. The paint job on my hood had visible nicks and streaks. I complained to my insurance company and Gerber responded by putting *slightly* better parts on my car and redid the paint job. The paint has now completely failed only in the areas Gerber painted and looks terrible. The paint job on the rest of my car looks fine, I wish they had never touched my car. I'm dumping my insurance company over this, and the fact that they sent me to a repair shop with absolutely horrible service.
