The doctor that my son see is not the doctor I choose for him and I’m really not a big fan of the doctor that he does see there. She was a little bit rude in this instance, Also always trying to tell you things about your child as if it's a fact like you don't live with your child day in and day out. In addition to making me feel uncomfortable! Not to mention I have yet to get the help I had been seeking from her or the office! I informed her he needed a new nebulizer because every time he gets a cold he has trouble breathing! This has been going on since birth! He's been hospitalized because of this! She told me in the examination room that she would give him one and then while we waited outside she first forgot about it and other information she was supposed to give me...upon me asking the medical assistant she went back to ask her(the doctor) and the doctor told her to tell me that she didn't hear him weezing so they couldn't issue one and the insurance would not cover it! My baby was/is weezing and had to be rushed 2 the hospital in the middle of the night!!! (Because it got so bad and his old machine is broken!!! ) And they issued us a nebulizer and said he should of been given one by his pediatrician! It's such a shame because I did like this office and location. needless to say I am furious with there lack of proper treatment in this situation , It's safe to say we will not be returning and she really needs to change her approach and her attitude in certain situations.
