I came in to file my IL state taxes as a non-resident. I already had my federal ones done. The first guy who talked to me had NO idea how to do that. The second one tried to charge me 50$ and then told me I'd have to pay and that it didn't matter that I was filing as a non-resident. I walked out and filed online for 13$ and got 170$ back. Clearly he had NO idea what he was talking about.
