I went in to ask for clarification on an issue with an IRS CP11 letter. The person assisting me, Kelli, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've never been to this office before. I used the tax software and was directed here by customer support. Despite this lack of previous relationship, appropriate understanding and guidance were offered.
