I went to this location on April 9, 2017 and purchased a nice ring for $65.00. Unfortunately, when I got home the ring came off my finger and when it hit the floor, it broke. When I contacted this store, I left a message as instructed with my phone number around the 13th or 14th of April. TO THIS DAY, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS OR TO FIND OUT IF I WANTED TO REORDER ANOTHER RING. No phone call. Nothing. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JADE ITEM OF ANY KIND FROM ANY ASIAN OWNED STORE EVER. I'm not a racist but I've had enough of these types of store owners that seem to have no conscious, no good business practices, no customer service skills, etc.
