The employees are (frankly speaking) unapproachable, food is NEVER HOT however its never cold but yet lukewarm , lobby is always dirty :example tabletop ALWAYS GREASY, crumbs all over floor, Soda station all flavors has a strange aftertaste as though it has not been cleaned since who knows? Also sticky from the syrup I've never seen any rodents: BUT knowing there are also CRUMBS all over floor & booth tables greasy, fountain sticky, added employees non-caring attitude allows my imagination to be open to believe if rodents are there it is my belief they would not do much about it yet I continue to patronize this location because of coupons, microwave at hm.for reheating & an acquired taste maybe a craving and wait a minute this is the weirdest part of my experience I've made orders that on my part as well as theirs gotten misunderstood the anger they display is appallingly negative however over time I "the customer" walk on eggshells and get my food order correct: over all this location NEEDS A CORPORATE VISIT to get it back on track and myself well I' m unsure of KFC's protocol I am sure that the experience this location shares with the public is not the one(experience) that KFC wants representing this wonderful establishment...
