Koyak Appraisals

If your banks sends this company to do your appraisal. Refuse them do not let them step foot on your property. Tell the bank that they use terrible comps. They have a fancy truck and are real fast and furious, but very poor performance. Thank goodness I did not need this appraisal, the comps where no way good comps. They were in the same county, that's were it ended. Tell your institution to send someone else. They need to stay in Peru . As far as I'm concerned they have no business working anywhere else.
