South Elgin La Fitness is a run down filthy gym. The employees are rude and immature. This club is not run with integrity and I would not recommend giving your credit card at any time. Kristine K. is in membership services and does not follow up or follow through on any issues or concerns from customers. There are much better gyms that are professional, clean and demonstrate honest billing practices. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
