Lam Lua Massage & Foot Spa

I booked my massage at the Scott location. When I got there the lady looked confused because none of the massage therapist were there. They forgot about me and we're all at the Fairview location. I had to rush there because they were closing soon. The massage therapist asked no questions about my body as far as injuries or areas that needed special attention. She spent too much time in 1 area then rushed through the rest of my body. She barely used any oil so my skin was chafed afterward. I paid in cash. She quickly counted the money then asked me if I had money for a tip. I felt that was rude seeing how a tip is based on grattitude and I was given an unsatisfactory experience.
