You can't do Chicago without deep dish pizza! We have Chicago style pizza joints in our home town, but none compare to the real stuff at Lou's. This time we got the Lou Malnati original. Its recommended, and is better, to order a larger pizza and split than it is to order a few small personal size pizzas. It cooks better that way.
