They lost the burial records so for 6 years they didn't know my sister and Grandfather were there. They did not cash checks they were sent and instead turned our accounts over to collections. When I drove 6 hrs to finally sit down and meet with them? The representative forgot and was 2 hrs late. We did finally get everything straightened out but still took another 9 months to get my sisters head stone in. If there were a way I could move my family to a different cemetery I would in a heart beat. It was bad enough I lost my little sister at 29 this whole experience added insult to injury.
