Mercyhealth Perryville Urgent Care

My experience has been good overall.The staff customer service was great! They really make you feel comfortable. I am going be honest though. I was not 100% happy with the doctor response to why I was going in. She wasn't knowledgeable enough to give me a clearer answer. I had to go see my doctor. Which led to go see a orthopedic specialist. Because my doctor wasn't sure neither. Point is sometimes our situations will require someone's else's opinion. Each doctor helped me as much as they could. And every staff member may not be happy everyday. Honestly, who is happy everyday. No one lives a perfect life. If so, run from them.Something must not be right. But let's face it, stuff happens. I received calls at work that my mom was about to die, right before a customer came in my workplace before I left. Trust me I wasn't smiling. I like Mercy health on Perryville because they are real and get me in quicker then I would if I was at the ER. They are equipped with x-ray machines and other stuff that would not require you to leave and go to hospital. I recommend going.
