Oakton Health Center

The staff especially the lady who is on front desk and her name is Sana is very rude. She couldn't read a very simple phone number then she told me my writing is not clear. She gave me an adult form to fill out for my 10 years son and insist to fill out it while the most questions were for adults medical history not for kids and she insisted that we should fill it out. They are unprofessional and don't know how to behave with their patients. We were there two times and haven't seen one smile of them. The physician even worse than them , she doesn't want to spend time to visit time to visit the patient. My son had cold and she didn't make an exam for him , just said brush your teeth regularly, take a shower and do exercise . I am wondering if she is a physician or dentist or something else. They just want to charge you without giving any good service.
