Ordered 2 pizzas via the app, which we always have done. 2 pizzas were delivered, but one was incorrect. We called the store, and explained what had happened. The employee put us on hold to talk to the manager. After talking to the manager we were told "Yeah the manager knew he sent the wrong pizza, we can make you a new one but we are really busy and it will be more than an hour before we can send the correct one." We asked for a refund on the incorrect pizza and were told "sure no problem we will refund you for the mistake we made". It's been more than a week with no refund. Needless to say we will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns.
