My husband and I have never gone to ISU. We went to Normal, IL square to eat and parked in a parking lot. The parking lot was not directly near ISU and there was no sign stating that it was affiliated with them. We paid our meter and went to eat. After eating we decided to go peruse the shops, so we went to put more money in the meter. Didn't check for parking tickets then. After shopping we came back to our meter still with credits in it and a parking citation on our windshield from this ISU building. There's literally no way our meter was expired for more than 3 minutes after we got done eating and before we put more money in. No way. And if that parking lot was an ISU parking lot then obviously it should be labeled as such. We like supporting local businesses, but will never be returning to any businesses in that area. It's too hard to find a parking spot and apparently the lots are run under a crappy system. Thanks for losing customers for your local businesses.
