My mother is. Currently at St Anne's. Nurses and staff are nice , but my biggest problem is call lights not answered in a timely manner. Have seen call light on for 45 MINS. To 1hr. Not good . A person could be dead before they get to them. Feel sorry for.people who can not voice complaints. My mom is able to voice her complaints and we do follow up and family visits her every day.
