Realty & Mortgage is the most awful management company I have ever used. I live in an apartment near Bryn Mahr. The hot water barely works, the building is expensive and the area is always dirty. My toilet gets plugged up about once every few months, it was about once a week and it took the company about four times to replace it. All you had to do was push the front door and it would open, not a terribly big deal except there are homeless people all over the place. I kept expecting to walk into the apartment and seeing people sleeping in the entryway. The courtyard is covered in trash but the worst of the worst is that there are pigeons constantly pooping all over the place. In my fire escape there are piles of pigeon poop. I am embarrassed to have my parents or girlfriend over because of all of the mounds of poop. I called the office multiple times and so far they have done nothing to help. Do not get swindled by these people.
