this is not a good review - my daughter, non-verbal and non-ambulatory, age 27 was recently left in her bed after she had a large, loose bm that came thru her diapers for 5hrs. The staff that was there refused to change her stating they are not going to touch poop. So she was left to lie in fecal matter for about 4 hrs. They have my ph# and I live close, they could have called me. I would have been there in a flash. Thank God we are getting her out of there.
