Best car-buying experience I've ever had! Doug and Mike were exceptional salesmen. I've worked with Doug before at another dealership some years ago. I stopped at that dealership first since that's where I got my current lease and they gave me such a bad experience that it was borderline harassment. When I came to Rock River Kia, Doug found that they had lied to me about the car they were trying to sell me on top of being pushy. I spent a few hundred more in the long run but the service and respect I received made my choice to purchase an easy one. Thank you Doug and Mike!
