Ryan was great to work with from start to finish! We had two major issues at our commercial property that he and his team helped us with. First we had some storm drain repairs that were needed. As we were new into the building we didn't actually know where the lines ran and the lay of the land. Ryan got it all figured out and completed the repair under his estimate! He educated me on what need to take place, what it would cost, and he delivered! The second repair was an irrigation correction on the grade of the land on one side of the building. The land sloped right back into the building creating water issues. Ryan again educated me on what it would take to correct it, options, then presented a proposal. Building on my first experience, I was ready to have Ryan and his team help us out again. They ran a tile from the back end of the property up to the ditch, tied in four down spouts to the tile, corrected the grade issue, and put it all back together. We've got some nice new grass coming up already from where the land was graded and the tile covered up. Ryan will educate you on the problem and solution, provide good pricing, communicate/coordinate well through the project, and leave you with a high quality outcome. 5 stars all the way!
