I came in this morning and walked in and asked politely to put $15 on pump 10. The woman behind the counter, by the name of JESSICA, said absolutely nothing to me. The entire time. When she handed me my five dollars change I took the money and I started walking out the door and she shouts "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone. I ask her why she's treating me this way and why she said nothing throughout the whole transaction and she said it was because she was "busy ". I said that's no reason for poor customer service. As I walk out the door I hear her call me a B****. Needless to say I walked back in and told her I heard her Swearing at me. I've then asked to speak with a manager and she then says she is the manager! Absolutely unbelievable. I will not be back here and I definitely notified the corporate office right away. Very hateful!
