Fantastic- the classes are wonderful, instructors are knowledgeable and owner is great. I feel welcome and rejuvenated every time I attend class. Prices are reasonable and there are always a good variety of new and interesting workshops available. I've been attending 6 months and I see a significant improvement in strength and flexibility. Variety for all skill levels- very accepting and judgment free.

It's a warm, welcoming studio for yoga. There's a wide selection of classes and there's always a fun event to go to. They offer workshops on yoga and meditation and even have a life coach on staff! I love that they offer more than physical fitness.
