I have been coming to this store for as long as it has been open. I have purchased or leased phones for all 4 family members and have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 20 years. I visited the store two days ago when my iPhone 6 started failing. Because I am NOT tech savvy, I spent quite a bit of time with one of the reps reviewing the features I wanted in my new phone (better camera, more storage, portrait mode). We settled on the iPhone 8 (not 8 Plus) and I paid and placed my order. My new phone came in today and after over 2.5 hours transferring data and setting it up, I turned on the camera and -- NO portrait mode. I immediately called the store and was told that I needed an 8 Plus for portrait mode, not the 8. I was also told they would be happy to exchange it for a $45 restocking fee. I went to this store for help, was given a bad recommendation by their "expert" (that's why I went there in the first place) and now I would have to pay a $45 restocking fee, buy another case (yes, they sold me a case for the 8!) and spend another 2-3 hours setting up the other phone (in addition to at least 2 more trips to the store). I left a message for the manager but no call yet. VERY DISAPPOINTED :(
