Very ‘money hungry’ office! I cancelled an appointment 24 hours ahead of schedule and spoke with Annmarie. We rescheduled to another date. My son had a concussion during baseball warmups and I cancelled the second appointment at least 2 days before it was scheduled. I then received a $75 charge for cancelling. Spoke with Ann Marie and she informed me that Dr Boas himself made the decision to charge me the $75 on the premise that we cancelled. WOW! Amazingly disappointing way to operate. I previously took my daughter there and waited over 3 hours to be seen after going through 3 administrative medical assistants [all asking the same repeat questions] we saw Dr Boas for 5 minutes and received an aggressive dose of meds and inhalers for an extended period of time. I went to another doctor who told me to immediately discontinue the meds as they were too strong and too long for an 8 year old child. My daughter was fine after discontinuing. I will not go here again as I question not only the medical approach and decisions but the ethical money hungry ways as well.
