Staff is a joke. They always seem to disappear and are never to be found. I gave the lady my driver license to borrow a moving cart and 10 minutes later she's gone with a sign saying will return in half hour which caused me to be late for work. Which I need my license for considering I'm a tow truck driver. When she finally had returned she was with another employee who claimed to be the manager only when I started complaining. He told me they where showing a unit which was a lie considering I went looking all over the property and found not one person anywhere and why does it take 2 employees to show one unit anyways. I call bull. Trying to get a number to reach someone off the website was a waste because it's all animated. There should be someone in the office when taking people's form of identification that need to be returned. All the "manager" could say was we will try to be better. That's all you ever hear when you bring anything to their attention. I've complained multiple times about carts being broken, lights in facility repeatedly failing, that the 3rd floor never gets cleaned only the 1st floor ever does, elevators not up to code and unsafe which i was told they aren't up to code because the phone doesn't work in it, and about other tenants blaring music which can be heard through whole building and even outside. Even though I've mentioned all these things to employees nothing ever gets done. Corporate needs to step in and take charge of these employees before they completely ruin this location all together. I will be changing to another storage company if things can't be turned around.
