I went to Sycamore Crossfit for about a year and LOVED IT. I was provided with SO much useful info on developing correct form (specially those Olympic style lifts). Working out at Sycamore Crossfit helped me strengthen and correct my posture which in turn (I believe) helped me stay accident and injury free, as well as helped me heal some gut issues more permanently. Lots of fun, learn great form and progressions, Increase flexibility and range of motion, get tons of encouragement... they even helped out with some lifestyle factors like diet! Highly recommended.
