The people in this store need some serious training. I upgraded from iPhone to Samsung but they didn't set up the phone right so I had lots of texting issues that they then couldn't figure out: I had to research myself to resolve. They also forgot to set up my unlimited data plan so I had an $800 data charge that I had to fight to get refunded; they first said 50% was all they could do so I had to escalate to regional.
