Trek Bicycle Store

All good till they take your money and do not order the bike. After waiting for 10 days with no calls and being treated like I am some paranoid grandma each time I was checking the status, turns out they didn't even order the bike when they should have. And to top it all they don't even put me on a priority list once the bike was there. There was one nice person though who offered to give me a replacement bike till mine arrives. Bottom line I guess it depends who you deal with.
