I signed in when I arrived and after 45 minutes I had to go up and ask them if they knew I was here. They forgot. After being signed in- I was forced to wait another 20 minutes before I was seen. I went in for a quick vaccine that took less than five minutes but I was there for well over an hour.
I've been coming here my entire life but I didn't recognize a single person working. This is not the same place it used to be. Finding a new doctor ASAP.
