I bought a 2014 GLK 350 Mercedes Benz SUV, trading in a 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Alan was my salesperson and Brian was the Finance Manager. Alan promptly answered all my questions beforehand, via phone or e-mail. I appreciated the fact there was no "hard sell" when I got to the dealership. They allowed me to counter-offer and we closed the deal smoothly, with no hard feelings along the way. On a side note, their dealership is AMAZING. I was stunned to see the number and quality of high end sports cars.
