Got checked in instantly after arriving at the store but downhill from there. Went to look at new phones and new plan and the sales guy went immediately to the back to talk with the manager to see what kind of deal he could work up. Sales guy came back with a bunch of pumped up packages with all kinds of high margin accessories and services we weren't interested in. Don't waste your time. Went to Best Buy and got a $200 gift card after buying a Samsung phone and they actually asked me what I wanted instead of pushing some made up "packaged deals".
