A-List & Midwest Limousine

Both drivers were friendly and the car was clean and comfortable. The rides to and from the airport were fine, and mostly experienced friendly phone service while booking the rides. However, there was a snow storm and my flight got cancelled, so I notified A-List as soon as I found out so I could change my ride time to the airport. They thanked me for notifying them, and said they would let the driver know since he had just left. I called later and they then told me that the driver was waiting for me, and they charged me for the ride. I attempted to make another reservation to get to the airport, but a very rude woman hung up on me. I talked to another representative who successfully booked my trip back. I inquired through email with a manager about being charged for 3 rides, and she told me I would be charged $30 instead of $60 for the ride that I allegedly missed. Now, I see my credit card statement has three full charges of $78. I didn't find this service to be honest about what they charge, the claim that the driver had arrived, and how they were going to resolve the issue.
