Very sad about my experience there today. I was there last week for a pedicure and made an appointment for 10:30 am today for a full set. When I get there the owner tells me he forgot my appointment and asked me to wait until he was done with the person he was helping and I'd be next. I obliged since I was already there. When he started to work on my nails I was VERY SPECIFIC as to what I wanted and he said he understood. I almost cried when he started my nails. They were horrendous!!!! My index finger nail was crooked my nails were flat when I repeatedly told him I wanted them to look like they had a natural curve in the middle and all he could say was well file one yourself so I can see what you want. They were the absolute worse. I had to very respectfully that I didn't like them and asked him to remove them. Thankfully he maintained his composure but I would not recommend this place if you are extremely particular like I am.
