They do not answer phone calls, they also do not keep to their original quotes. After weeks of attempts they don't answer. Partially because they don't have actual operators, instead they use an answering service. I guess that's a good thing, because if they don't like new customers, imagine how unhelpful their service would be if they made a mistake...
